SCHEDULE

16 stages over two weekends, each match weekend will be 8 stages and results will be calculated encompassing both matches for the overall winning riders.

Ammo: Minimum ammo required for 8main stages & once on the side events.

Program of Events:

Friday:             From 3pm : Competitor Registration & Shooter Pack Collection – Clubhouse

                        From 1pm : Ranges Set up. (help appreciated)

                        5.30pm Walk thru. Posse Marshalls only.

                        Evening Free

Saturday:       7:30 – 8:30… Breakfast (Pay and cook your own bacon & eggs if ya want)

8:30 – 8:45am Introductions & mandatory safety briefing for all shooters on Range 1

                        9:00am-1:00pm Four Main Stages

                        1.00-2.00pm Lunch in clubhouse

                        2.00-5.00pm Side Events, speed, & team  matches.

                                                Zero time speed matches (Range 1)Team match (Range 3)

                        5:00 – 6:00pm Reset range & repaint targets.

5.30pm…. Saloon time…no guns in town. Tellin’ lies & bragging…etc

7:00pm on…. Dinner( Beer & Pizzas) & Stretch raffle $20.00 / stretch.

8:00pm….  Horse races, see how fast a pony rider you are. (Range 5)

Need a betting bookie! Place your bets.   8 Races..one for each state.

8 Riders per race. $2.00 entry fee. Winner $8.00; 2^nd $5.00; 3^rd $3.00

Sunday:          8:00 – 9:00am… Breakfast (Pay & cook your own)

                        10.00  – 2.00pm Four Main Stages

                        12:00 – 1:00pm Lunch, (grab it when you can between stages).

                        2:00 – 3:00pm Tickets available in stretch raffle. ($20.00 per stretch.)

                        3.00pm on: Trivia quiz, during Awards, raffle draw & celebrations.

                        Four Ruger Wranglers to be won, with your stretch raffle tickets.

                        5:00pm on Farewells & looking forward to seeing y’all for the return ride eastward.
